AGCS requires that families provide an updated transportation request form for ALL students on a yearly basis

Below is your school district’s specific digital transportation form for the 2020-2021 school year.

The attached form is required to be completed by every family, for every student, whether you are requesting or declining transportation services by your district.

If your district allows/requires any type of child-care information for alternative transportation you must also fill out the associated questions included in the form.

The deadline to ensure that your students have been assigned transportation arrangements for the 2020-2021 school year is June 1, 2020.

This process is only for returning AGCS students.  All new students/kindergarten students for the 2020-2021 school year complete their forms as part of the registration paperwork process.
