In an effort to evaluate Avon Grove Charter School, we are asking parents to reflect on their educational experience from this school year and a yearly feedback survey. We value the input and views of our community and ask that you respond in an honest fashion. Your responses and feedback will help drive instructional, environmental, and facility improvement initiatives.


To encourage participation in the survey, if you submit your contact information at the bottom of the form you will be entered into a drawing for a $50 AGCS deposit. This deposit can be used towards lunch balances, field trips, school store items etc. One winner per grade division will pulled.
