Intent to Return Process

At the beginning of the Spring term of each school year, the Avon Grove Charter School begins to make enrollment projections for the coming year. It is critically important for us to determine how many open slots are available in each grade so that Administration may begin to fill any vacancies during the Spring lottery.

Please complete this form declaring your family’s intentions for the coming year (2018-2019).  If you have multiple students attending AGCS we ask that you complete this form individually for each student.

One important piece of information you will need to complete this process is your student’s unique Student/Lunch ID#. This can be found on your child's most recent report card, on their school ID, or within the Parent Portal.  You must enter a valid and matching Student ID#.

The initial deadline for the completed Intent to Return process is Friday, February 2nd. If the Intent to Return form is not completed by February 2nd, AGCS cannot guarantee a hold is placed on your child's enrollment spot.

If you have a sibling child not currently enrolled at AGCS and would like to enroll him/her for the 2018-2019 school year, an Enrollment form must be completed online.

The Enrollment Form for a sibling must be submitted no later than Wednesday, February 28, 2018 for your child to be eligible for March lottery drawing and any open spots in the grade in which you are looking to have them enrolled.

Please note: The Intent to Return Process is only for existing students/families. If you are a prospective family seeking enrollment for the 2018-2019 school year, please complete an initial Enrollment Application.

What happens if I don't submit the Intent to Return form by the deadline?

Students who do not submit the Intent to Return Online form by the deadline cannot be guaranteed enrollment for the following school year.

How do I enroll a sibling?
