In an effort to evaluate Avon Grove Charter School, we are asking existing AGCS parents to reflect on their educational experience from this school year and complete the following yearly feedback survey. We value the input and views of our community and ask that you respond in an honest fashion. Your responses and feedback will help drive instructional, environmental, and facility improvement initiatives.

If you have multiple children attending AGCS, you are free complete the survey multiple times.  Our hope is that this will help narrow feedback to specific grades/bands/programs.

To encourage participation in the survey, if you submit your contact information at the bottom of the form with a submission, students in grades K-11 will be entered into a drawing for a $50 AGCS deposit.  This deposit can be used towards lunch balances, field trips, school store items etc. One winner per grade division will pulled.

This survey will collect responses until May 31st.  The drawing for the AGCS deposit will occur prior to the end of the school year.

AGCS would also greatly appreciate it if students, parents, guardians, and staff could take a moment to complete a “review” of the school in an effort to help paint an accurate picture of our school community for prospective/interested families.

As a charter school, our online and social media presence is a large part of how families research and gain information about Avon Grove Charter School.
